

Boston Medical Center
We served as the marketing consultant for the institutions Department of Medicine. Working with over 18 outpatient departments, weve developed individual marketing plans for each, written and produced new brochures and other collateral materials, implemented a number of community and business outreach strategies, organized special events, and planned and executed direct mail and advertising campaigns aimed at both patients and referrers.
The Framingham Heart Study
We developed and implemented an award-winning national and local media relations campaign and several special events in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of The Framingham Heart Study. Coverage included stories in The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, and National Public Radio.
Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for Aged
We worked with the Centers one-person public relations department in promoting research and human-interest stories to the print and electronic media. We placed a number of stories, including two major pieces in The Boston Globe and a live segment Good Morning America.
Covenant Health Care System
We provided marketing and media relations support for this network of health care facilities. Our work has ranged from a crisis communications plan and media relations to marketing plans for assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
PLC Systems Inc.
We worked with the medical device company to develop and implement a media campaign relating to a major study in the New England Journal of Medicine. Coverage include Associated Press, Reuters, Boston Globe, Houston Chronicle and Chicago Tribune. Television coverage included CNN and 25 major metro markets.
Childrens Hospital
We worked on a number of media and marketing projects for the hospitals public affairs department. Working with physicians and patients, we developed and placed such stories as a new genetic research program and a treatment for pulmonary hypertension in infants. We also created an overall plan for a major news event, organized media feeds and set-ups and produced all related materials.
The Massachusetts General Hospital
We were retained by MGH to help them restructure their public relations office after their long-time director retired. We also assisted the hospital in recruiting a replacement and handled media relations for special projects until the new director was in place, including the announcement of a new president.
